These are public website terms. They are intentionally separate from the terms that govern paid discovery, implementation, support, confidentiality, data handling, and ownership.
1. Website use
These Terms govern access to and use of the Field Elevate AI website. By using this site, you agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a harmful way, or use the content in a way that violates applicable law.
2. Website information is not an engagement
The site describes Field Elevate AI services in general terms. It does not create a consulting, implementation, support, partnership, fiduciary, or agency relationship. Paid work begins only under a written agreement such as a statement of work, engagement letter, master services agreement, or other signed terms.
3. Services and deliverables
Field Elevate AI helps companies evaluate operational workflows, choose practical AI starting points, and build controlled systems in house. Specific deliverables, fees, timelines, ownership, support, confidentiality, security requirements, and handoff responsibilities will be defined in the applicable paid agreement.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
Examples and resource materials on this site are provided for general information. They do not guarantee revenue, savings, accuracy, compliance, or operational results. AI-supported workflows can produce mistakes and require appropriate human review, testing, monitoring, and controls.
5. No professional advice
The website does not provide legal, financial, medical, regulatory, tax, or other licensed professional advice. You should consult qualified advisors before relying on any workflow, policy, or operational recommendation in a regulated or high-risk context.
6. Confidentiality
Information submitted through email or discovery conversations may include business context. Public website use alone does not replace a written nondisclosure agreement or engagement confidentiality terms. If sensitive information needs to be shared, the parties should put the proper agreement in place first.
7. Intellectual property
The website, brand assets, text, graphics, code, and other materials are owned by Field Elevate AI or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may view the site for ordinary business evaluation, but you may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from the materials without permission. Ownership of paid work product is handled in the applicable agreement.
8. Third-party links and tools
The site may refer to third-party software, services, websites, or platforms. Field Elevate AI is not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or security practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Field Elevate AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use or reliance on website content. Paid engagement liability, if any, is governed by the applicable written agreement.
