Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 8, 2026

This policy is written to match the current Field Elevate AI website and inquiry process. It is not a substitute for the data, confidentiality, and security terms that may apply to a paid engagement.

1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Field Elevate AI collects and uses information from this website, discovery conversations, and direct email communication. Paid consulting, implementation, and support work may be governed by a separate statement of work, master services agreement, nondisclosure agreement, or data processing terms.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to send us, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, role, workflow description, operational documents, reports, screenshots, or other business context you provide during inquiry or discovery.

Our hosting provider may collect standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, requested URL, and timestamps to operate and secure the website.

3. How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether a Discovery Sprint is appropriate, prepare for conversations, scope potential work, improve the website, and protect the security and reliability of our services.

We do not sell personal information. We do not currently run advertising pixels or targeted advertising on this site.

4. Business and confidential information

Prospects sometimes send workflow notes, reports, process details, or examples of internal operating problems. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information until the right agreement is in place. When you do share business context with us, we use it to evaluate or perform the requested work and limit access to people and providers who need it for that purpose.

5. AI-assisted review of submitted materials

Field Elevate AI may use AI-assisted tools internally to review, summarize, classify, or reason about materials you provide so we can understand a workflow or prepare a recommendation. We do not knowingly use client or prospect materials to train public foundation models. Specific data handling, retention, model, and vendor requirements for paid work should be documented in the applicable agreement.

6. Service providers

We use service providers to operate the site and communicate with prospects. Current categories include Vercel for website hosting and delivery, Google Fonts for font delivery, and email/calendar providers when you contact us or book a conversation. If analytics, CRM, or additional processors are added later, this policy should be updated to reflect them.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website is currently a static marketing site and does not require an account login. It may use essential browser and hosting technologies needed to serve the site. We are not currently using a cookie banner because we are not intentionally running advertising cookies or behavioral tracking on the site.

8. Retention and security

We keep inquiry and discovery information for as long as needed to respond, evaluate an engagement, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email system, or internet transmission is perfectly secure.

9. Your choices

You may ask us to update, correct, or delete personal information you have provided, subject to legal, contractual, and operational requirements. To make a request, contact us at ai@fieldelevate.com.
